The 2023 IEEE International Conference on Power Systems and Electrical Apparatus (PSEA 2023) will be held in Xi'an, China from February 25-26, 2023
As Annual Meeting of PSEA Editorial Board, PSEA was initiated in 2023, to gathering the editor members to deliberate on the latest technical status and recent trends in the research and applications of power, energy and electrical engineering. Then PSEA 2023 became an annual International Conference Series as its influence grows. The purpose of the conference is to provide an opportunity for the scientists, engineers, industrialists, scholars and other professionals from all over the world to interact and exchange their new ideas and research outcomes in related fields and develop possible chances for future collaboration. The conference is also aimed at motivating the next generation of researchers to promote their interests in power, energy and electrical engineering.

All submissions will be blind reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity. All accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore as well as EI Compendex, Scopus and Inspec Index.
